About the Role:

Wintri is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in La Verne, CA! Responsibilities:

Install residential and/or commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation

Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to HVAC equipment

Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation

Identify and resolve installation issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety regulations

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers throughout the installation process

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HVAC installation (residential and/or commercial)

EPA 608 Certification required

Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
