Responsibilities: Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and clients Qualifications: • Valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Practices memorize and internalize scripts • Passionate about selling • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 yearly
