    Part-time We are in need of a part-time licensed real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, follow-up and nurturing prospects, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Other Benefits: The industry-leading sales training program, Accountability coach to consistently meet or exceed goals, work from home environment Responsibilities: Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team in order to expand clientele and build our business • Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Follow-up with prospects after showings to rate client experience • An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and clients Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Practices memorize and internalize scripts • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus Compensation: $20,000 salary + bonus based on experience
