This role is instrumental in enhancing i-Tech's market position and financial growth through effective client relationship management, strategic lead generation, and seamless collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Identify and cultivate potential client relationships, expanding i-Tech's Acumatica potential clientele.
    • Initiate contact with prospects through diverse channels, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and execute lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with i-Tech's growth objectives.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.
    • Engage in proactive client outreach to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.
    • Maintain our CRM system to track KPIs and sales metrics

    Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop cohesive strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Coordinate and participate in all sales meetings, providing insights and updates on lead generation efforts and market feedback.

    Market Research and Intelligence:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the our targeted customer verticals
    • Collaborate with Marketing and conduct outreach campaigns
    • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to adapt and refine outreach strategies.

    What You'll Bring

    • A proven track record in lead generation and business development, ideally within the ERP reseller domain.
    • Experience selling ERP Solutions direclty, as a reseller or through ISVs. Acumatica ERP experience a strong plus
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with potential clients.
    • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Experience in working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
    • An understanding of business concepts, common ERP use cases.

    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Compensation

    We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) in the first year to be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
