    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    At i2c Inc., people are our strength. We are currently seeking ON SITE Customer Service Representatives for evening and overnight shifts to provide great service to our customers. If you enjoy helping others and making a difference, we want to talk with you!

    PAID TRAINING M - F 9AM - 5:30PM* DIFFERENTIAL INCENTIVES AND EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM!

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide customer support to consumer cardholders by answering incoming inquires through multiple channels including phone and email.
    • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
    • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
    • Ensure i2c customer inquiries and issues are fully answered and resolved.
    • Record customer information within our customer service database.
    • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support operational requirements.
    • Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors and Managers.
    • Partner with relevant groups by providing timely reports and alerts regarding customer transaction inquiries.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the work

    REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Relevant Call Center - Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience. At least Six (6) Months of call center experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal skills and professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent. customer service.
    • Familiar with basic computer operations.
    • Fun upbeat personality.
    • Comfortable providing written communication and documentation.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    PAY AND DIFFERENTIALS INFORMATION:

    • Base Pay $16.00 (Bilingual $16.50)
    • Evening and overnight hours differentials: additional $0.50 - $0.75 per hour
    • Weekend Differential: Regular Pay + $1.00

    FULL TIME SHIFTS 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM; 8:00 PM - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; 11:00AM - 7:30 PM; 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

    PART TIME SHIFT 9:00 PM - 2:00 PM
