  • Responsibilities

    Administrative Assistant

    Part time: Variable from 10 to 30 hours per week, including some non-standard business hours

    Work location: Primarily in Louisville, some events and client sites (occasionally — Front Range)

    Status: Contract (1099)

    Job Duties may consist of the following:

    • Support CEO with errands and projects

    • Provide administrative support to the CEO

    • Calendar internal and external meetings for CEO

    • Assist with meeting and event logistics

    • Attends and assists at company and at client functions, including meetings, events, conferences, shows

    • Task management for CEO using online system

    • Will handle CEO’s logistical plans (meetings, events, etc.)

    • Edit/rewrite documents

    • Be well organized, detail oriented, and willing to follow up loose ends (not hesitant to focus CEO and others in leadership for needed/required information)

    • Able to manage multiple tasks without becoming flustered

    • Good communication skills

    • May track engagement team hours to ensure time budgets are not exceeded

    • Other tasks as needed

    Requirements / Experience:

    • Responsive and reliable

    • Confident and outgoing

    • Calm under pressure

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Ability to multi-task and discern changing priorities

    • Well organized

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

    • Prefer skills with an on-line task management systems

    • Excellent writing skills

    • Good verbal communication skills

    • Adobe creative tools experience nice to have

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not a substitute for comprehensive experience

    • Some marketing and human resources experience preferred

    • 1 year of experience or more

    Hourly rate between $12 and $18 depending on experience and qualifications.
