Senzit is aimed at providing sustainable solutions by creating a digital ecosystem that supports healthy environments for assets and people. Backed by 77 years of filtration expertise, Senzit focuses on empowering businesses with a next-generation predictive maintenance platform to increase uptime and reduce organizational waste.

    We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing Specialist with the drive needed to grow the Senzit brand. The Specialist will use his/her skills and experience to explore and discover various marketing strategies, create effective marketing campaigns, maintain Senzit's online content and presence, etc.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for the department resource planning, budget and headcount.

    Develop and maintain the brand and marketing strategy of the digital products and shape the company future.

    Providing guidance to internal marketing & communication needs of teams within the business units

    Develop, manage, and promote content for internal and external marketing, online reputation management, training initiatives, and educational resources.

    Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency of outsourced work.

    Understand customer needs and translate into product marketing and communication for digital products as a digital ecosystem.

    Lead day-to-day marketing campaign management and asset creation.

    Drive frequent (weekly/monthly) analysis of marketing performance metrics.

    Supports creation of sales materials & trainings in the respective sales channel.

    Work closely together with product owner, business development and sales team to convert product properties into tangible brand experience.

    Interface with key stake holders and channel partners to maximize sales collaboration and growth.

    Takes initiative for internal communication activities and channels to communicate product advantages as well as communication activities within the company.

    Takes ownership and initiative to support team and company through a pro-active and positive attitude.

    Responsible to provide corporate identity and supporting materials for trade shows and external events.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelors degree in related fields.

    Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or MarCom for digital products in business retail, e-commerce, industrial sales or similar is preferred

    Solid knowledge of Hubspot, Airtable and JIRA preferred

    Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal

    Experience in visualization, e.g. creating story boards or graphic design

    Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and virtual team

    Experience in agile development methods like Scrum is a plus

    Ability to travel between 15-30%

    Basic understanding of Google analytics preferred

    Experience in WordPress a plus

    Knowledge of social media marketing & management preferred

    Working knowledge and demonstrated ability producing written content

    Able to generate creative designs for marketing use

    Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
