YOUR CHALLENGES: - Lead business development team to achieve venture long term growth target. - Supervise and manage continuous pipeline transparency and collaborate amongst team members to establish standard methodologies for developing and supporting the sale.- Work with sales to qualify opportunities, expand our Managed Services reach and achieve booking goals - Maintain tight interlock with the Customer Success and Business Development teams to ensure high customer retention - Create, identify, position, and deliver accurate and timely quotes and proposals for Customers to implement integrated systems in the building automation industry solutions. - Connect with KOLs in real estate management and building maintenance industry to address air quality management problems or pain-points for customers in commercial building management industry. - Identify partnership opportunities with customers that enable recurring business i.e. connected buildings platforms - Feedback customer requirements to product team addressing problems/pain points with a general focus on digital solutions. - Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand - Manage financial performance of the venture REQUIREMENTS: Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (or similar degree covering relevant aspects of Technical Innovation and/or Innovation Management).
Experience:
3-4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Business development experience in building management and connected building segment
Technological and Business Innovation competence in digital and IoT solutions and services.
Business acumen and business focused mindset/skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Experience in a cross-functional team in an Agile based environment a plus

Salary based on experience. Starting range $95,000.
