    i2M is a startup founded by world leading filtration company, MANN+HUMMEL. This position is for i2M’s venture company, Senzit HD (Senzit.io), a digital start-up within i2M, with the mission to improve efficiencies across heavy duty vehicles by seamlessly collecting and transforming data into actionable insights for our customers through advanced digital technologies.

    We are seeking a Sales Development Intern to contribute to the team’s success, by being the first point of contact for businesses that are interested in Senzit. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of business-minded individuals, build your resume and gain valuable sales experience to support your career.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively manage your sales pipeline of contacts and leads.

    • Create successful cold calling (45 - 65 calls/day) and email campaigns targeting new prospects to generate sales consultation meetings

    • Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between leads and Senzit sales team.

    • Achieve monthly qualified sales meetings goals.

    • Continuously maintain and update all sales activities in CRM (HubSpot).

    • Answer questions and overcome objections regarding Senzit with an end goal of scheduling the meeting.

    • Assist in all other Sales and Marketing Activities as required.

    • Interest in developing a Sales Career.

    • Currently enrolled in a college program with a major in marketing, business, or related fields.

    • Positive attitude and highly motivated to reach/exceed goals.

    • Hunter mentality, self-starter, action oriented.

    • Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow their career.

    • Strong organization and planning skills, strong in follow through.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to relate to others.

    TIME COMMITMENT:

    20 hours per week during regular business hours, minimum 1 term (3 month) commitment, but multiple terms preferred.
