    Job Description

    i3 Business Solutions is a leading provider of IT managed Services based in Grand Rapids Michigan. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

    The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.  The candidate must be able to effectively communicate to work with clients, prospects, and teammates.

    • Strong listening and sales skills
    • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills, comfortable in face-to-face meetings
    • Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude
    • Ability to work with customer relationship management software
    • Ability to learn and effectively work within partner and vendor ERP systems
    • Ability to achieve goals and activity-based metrics
    • Willing to work across all departments as a liaison from sales to technical support
    • Willing to take a vested interest in the technology industry, trends, and IT services
    • An associate’s degree or equivalent of college credits is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or technology a plus
