i3 Business Solutions is a leading provider of IT managed Services based in Grand Rapids Michigan. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate to work with clients, prospects, and teammates.

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills, comfortable in face-to-face meetings
- Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work with customer relationship management software
- Ability to learn and effectively work within partner and vendor ERP systems
- Ability to achieve goals and activity-based metrics
- Willing to work across all departments as a liaison from sales to technical support
- Willing to take a vested interest in the technology industry, trends, and IT services
- An associate’s degree or equivalent of college credits is required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or technology a plus
