Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ functional experience in implementing Oracle R12 Federal Financial applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation and problem resolution.
- Prior experience developing functional designs including interface and extension designs.
- Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.
- Prior experience with data conversion requirements and mapping.
- Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports.
- Hands on experience configuring Oracle R12 modules in a Federal environment to enable processes and all associated setup.
- Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Procure to Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) functionality, processes, and configurations in the Federal sector including in-depth understanding and knowledge of:
- Oracle Purchasing
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Suppliers
- Approval Hierarchies
- Receiving
- Accrue on Receipt
- Cost Management
- Accounts Payable
- Funds Management
- Knowledge and experience of the Federal Contracting Processes and Regulations.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Direct and Reimbursable Orders for General and Working Capital Funds, Reimbursable Agreements/Orders, AME, IPAC, Payment Processing, Disbursements and Credit Memos processing in a Federal environment.
- Prior experience with IPAC AP Invoices, AP Disbursements, and Treasury Confirmation.

- Experience using iProcurement, iSupplier, AME, Inventory, Discoverer is a plus

- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to clear a federal background check.
