    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Screen Office of Acquisitions Management (OAM)’s Prism email in-box.
    • Generate reports and analytical data using ESC PRISM, Splash BI, and DELPHI systems in response to recurring and/or ad hoc data calls.
    • Provide training support both annually and on an ad hoc basis; provide comprehensive training but appropriately tailored for the audience being trained.
    • Assist with technical issues related to entering new and amended Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Requisitions for Modifications (RFMs) and supporting documentation.
    • Assist in the creation and/or routing of PRs and RFMs.
    • Assist with establishing access for new users and re-establishing access for deactivated users. (PRISM Site Administrator and Security Officer)
    • Assist with integration or reporting issues with FPDS-NG.
    • Participate in quarterly and ad hoc ESC PRISM functional testing.
    • Develop customized reports to fulfill data inquiries.
    • Maintain a helpdesk log of all technical issues and requests.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least five (5) years of experience
    • Expert knowledge of at least version 7.4.12 of ESC PRISM (currently on 7.5.8)
    • A basic understanding of how ESC PRISM interfaces with Delphi
    • Knowledge of the Federal acquisition process

    • Work Hours: Monday-Friday
