    Job Description

    i360 has an immediate opening for two R12 Oracle SOA Apps Developers. The successful candidate should have 7-10 years of experience implementing Oracle Federal Financials R12 for a federal agency. The successful candidates should have experience in federal financial applications and process development with Oracle SOA Suite, SOA, SOAP, R12 APIs, RICEW, TOAD, PL/SQL. This worksite is Remote and onboarding now.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for technical specifications, design, and development of Oracle RICEW components for the solution.
    • Provide input, design, and development for conversion of legacy data into Oracle R12.
    • Design and develop Oracle R12 RICEW components for R12 implementation.
    • Design and develop web services (using SOA) to integrate Oracle R12 with internal and external systems such as PRISM and other internal and external systems.
    • Responsible for technical specifications, design, and development of required software components for the client solution.
    • Perform development using Structured Query Language (SQL), Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), Oracle R12 APIs, PRISM APIs, SOAP, XML to integrate systems.
    • Support the technical design of interfaces between internal/external systems and Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
    • Execute Unit testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing of development work and document results per approved test templates and procedures.
    • Assist in the development of test scripts and training materials.
    • Create documentation (technical documents, data mapping, TE040, etc.) for data conversions and application extensions.
    • Provide triage support for data migration defects.
    • Assist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules.
    • Provide problem analysis/diagnosis/resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support.
    • Configure SOA / OSB Configurations on Weblogic server.
    • Conduct performance tuning for SOA configurations and adapters.
    • Complete Configurations related to soa_infra, various adapters, and soa cluster.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 7-10 years of development experience within the Oracle R12 applications, building interfaces using web services, data conversions, and application extensions.
    • Experience developing with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, R12 API, TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, Web Services, XML, Middleware, load scripts, UNIX scripts, Personalizations, Interfaces, Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, SQL Developer, ADF, shell scripting, reports, forms, OAF.
    • Demonstrated experience with the Oracle technology stack including: PL/SQL development, Oracle SOA Enterprise -Intermediate level, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) - Advanced level, Oracle JDeveloper, RICEW, Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) - Beginner, and Oracle BPEL intermediate to advanced level is required.
    • Must understand Oracle Applications table structure and Restful APIs -Intermediate.
    • Experience with configuration management tools and processes.
    • Experience documenting design, code, testing.
    • Experience unit testing, integration testing, and conducting code reviews.
    • Oracle Federal Financials project experience is a plus.
    • Experience with a shared service provider is a plus.
    • Experience with project implementation life-cycle.
    • Experience developing within service-oriented architectures (SOA) using web services is a plus.
    • Experience with OBS - Oracle Service Bus.
    • Comfortable with some work outside traditional 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST work hours.
    • Experience with Oracle Admin tasks.
    • Be prepared to speak to the Development Software and tools you have experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
    • Demonstrated prior experience managing, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Federal Financials on a federal project.
    • Must have 10+ years of Oracle Financials Applications, ERP, and PL/SQL Development experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in Oracle R12 and SOA/Web Services development.
    • Familiarity with Federal application architecture policies and guidelines is a plus.
    • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
