Key Responsibilities:

· As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving local marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

· Managing and curating content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

· Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

· Engaging with our online community and responding to comments and messages.

· Creating visually appealing and engaging graphics and videos for online content.

· Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.

· Tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools.

· Identifying and establishing relationships with leading officials and key stakeholders in the local community.

· Planning and executing community events to raise awareness of upcoming programs and initiatives.

· Managing and executing local guerilla marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

· Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and basic video editing skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a creative mindset.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative independently.

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.

· Previous marketing or social media experience is preferred.

· Local knowledge of Utah County and the surrounding area is a bonus.

Transportation: This position requires a reliable source of transportation and the ability to travel within the Utah County area.

Compensation:

The starting pay for this part-time role is between $15 to $18 per hour, depending on your current experience. After a 90-day probationary period, your performance and contributions will be evaluated, and there may be an opportunity for a pay raise. Additionally, the number of hours worked per week may be re-evaluated and increased based on business needs.
