Job Summary The Sports Instructor Lacrosse is a hands-on position that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture. This position is seasonal and only active during the spring, summer and fall seasons.

Responsibilities

Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun

Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values

Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge

Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently

Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings
