Job Summary The Director of Youth Sports Programming & Game Day Operations works alongside other i9 Sports local Directors and the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day operations of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversite of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Director of Youth Sports and Gameday Operations ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated. As the hired Director shows the ability to manage and grow within this role, the opportunity for advancement is tremendous.

Responsibilities
Oversee & assist in the execution of a business marketing plan
Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics
Fun and Organization is a MAJOR trait that our leagues have grown a reputation for. These will be primary focus area's for the hired director.
Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Weekend and late afternoon / night shifts are required for when "in-season."
Qualifications
Excellent communication & organization skills
Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
Ability to work a varied work schedule including some late afternoons / nights and weekends
Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.
