    Job Summary

    A Program Director works alongside the owners and General Manager to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! A Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversight of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, a Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in the execution of the business marketing plan including but not limited to doing road sign routes, school and day care flyer routes, hosting in person marketing events, and educating the public on the i9 Sports Experience

    Recruit, train and manage part-time staff members and volunteer coaches and fill in whenever these positions have vacancies

    Serve as a lead for customer relations, including handling complaints and issues

    Develop rosters, schedules, and programming for various sports

    Keep track of inventory and supplies

    Willingness to travel on a weekly basis to headquarters in north Fort Worth and various venues and storage units across the Metroplex

    Organize, maintain and stock storage units

    Oversee the daily operations of youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics, creating the ultimate i9 Sports Experience for customers

    Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

    Qualifications

    Excellent communication & organization skills

    Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems

    Proficient on the computer and able to easily learn new software

    Risk Mitigation and ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions

    Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players

    Positive attitude and a strong ability to work as a team and collaborate

    Ability to work a varied work schedule including nights and weekends

    Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be willing and able to transport equipment to and from the venues

    Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
