    Game Day Director-

    Part-Time (15-20 hours a week) MUST WORK SATURDAY & SUNDAY

    The Game Day Director works alongside General Manager and Operations Director to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! The Game Director manages the game-day operations of the local sports franchise, including marketing, oversite of game-day operations, staff management, and customer service. In their role, the Game Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated at all venues.

    The responsibilities of the Game Day Director are geared toward actual game-day operations and the physical procedures and operations leading to the start of events under the supervision of the General Manager and Operations Director.

    Marketing

    ● Operates Guerrilla Marketing Tasks handed down by General Manager

    Inventory/Logistics

    ● Assists OD with inventory

    ● Assists OD with any Pre- Game Day Responsibilities

    ● Responsible for the transportation of equipment efficiently for any weekend and weekday programming.

    Strategic Program Operations/Admin

    ● Offers feedback regarding sports/camps/clinic development and rulebook modifications

    Clinic Oversight

    ● Clinics Curriculum

    ● Conflict resolutions

    ● Organize Equipment Drop-off and Pick-Up

    ● Will be expected to work weekends

    League Operations

    ● Customer Follow-Up- Basic Concerns on Game Day

    ● Leads an Operations Team for Opening Day Organization (painting fields, coaches bag, Site Manager Organization, transportation)

    ● Work with the league office to emphasize positive i9 Sports Culture.

    ● Managing any Inventory needs during the week while League programming is in-season

    ● Required to work weekends to monitor leagues (venue drop-in, evaluate officials, conflict resolutions, etc.)

    ● Evaluate Officials and provide feedback in a timely and constructive manner.

    ● Rule interpretation for (Coaches/Staff Inquiries)

    Training Development Content .

    ● Work with the league office to provide feedback on seasonal reviews/performance evaluations.

    ● Required to work select weekends to monitor leagues (venue drop-in, evaluate sites, conflict resolutions, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Excellent communication & organization skills

    Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems

    Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players

    Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships

    Ability to work a varied work schedule, including some nights and weekends
