JOB SUMMARYThe Product Management Intern will work closely with the Product Management and Product Marketing leaders to help drive outbound solution positioning and commercial readiness for the industry leading Robotics driven fulfillment software. This individual will work closely with the Product team to align on strategy, commercial launch and execution of the go-to-market plan. The position will help drive the messaging around Nexia software being the leading-edge platform of intelligent pharmacy operations and fulfillment software solutions, optimizing prescription fulfillment and delivering impactful patient care. This role will work closely with the Product Managers to drive analytical outcomes for initiativesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMarket intelligence—be the expert on market trends, customers, buyers and their key buying criteria. Monitors and ensures proper communication of relevant market trends, clinical practices, regulations and policy to ensure continuing strategic fit Develop a deep understanding of the market need, buyer personas and how to position to the different personas we need to target.Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Develop a competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against like offerings from other organizationsCollaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personasComfortable with data and drive financial analysis and modeling of new business modelsBuild business case templates for initiatives and work closely with the Product Managers and Product Marketers to seek their feedback on the work Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learnValue Propositions: Develops solution value proposition and differentiates the solutions offering, including the ability to quantify the business value of Nexia to drive market share Pricing: Work closely with product management on establishing and ongoing evaluation of the pricing and business model of the solutions that matches the value delivered in the marketplaceWork closely with the PMM teams on launches of net-new features and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the planAssist the PMM team to act as the primary thought leader for Nexia software externally, including thought leadership artifacts, blogs and webinars Requirements:Pursuing a business, entrepreneurship, or similar degree (bachelor's or master's) Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and SmartsheetComfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Asana, Slack and SalesforceExceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—workingPharmacy/Healthcare vertical understanding or past experience nice to have SYSTEMS USED Microsoft Office Suite Asana/Slack/Product Board/AhASmartsheetSharePoint
