CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR

YOU SHOULD BE COMPASSIONATE, HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE, HAVE SOME WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL CANNABIS AND BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE THAT INCLUDES EVENINGS, HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of 2 years of high-volume Call Center/Contact Center experience
Requires clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills/telephone skills
Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
Requires competency and ability to learn, understand and perform functionality within various programs: Point of Sale (POS); Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR); Microsoft Office Suite; Adilas; Zendesk
Requires the desire to constantly learn and seek out new information about cannabis as a medicine.
Must have reliable transportation, clear and valid driver’s license and scheduling flexibility to work evenings, holidays and weekends
