Job Description
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for iBUYPOWER will be the first point of contact for our guests. They will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. They are also responsible for notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals and maintain the security and telecommunications system. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Human Resources department. They will be responsible for general administrative tasks, property management, and special projects. Ideal candidates must possess a friendly and positive attitude, excellent initiative, and an enthusiast willingness to work flexibly in a challenging, fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous experience is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Greet customers, vendors, and employees at the main entrance
· Control door and gate access to ensure property security
· Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls.
· Provide direct administrative support to the Human Resources department
· Data entry
· Perform various project-based tasks
· Resolve any issues relating to property management in order to ensure a safe work environment
· Setup maintenance and appointment for various equipment and facility-related issues
· Active participation in Company’s Activities and Safety Committees
· Maintain and order office supplies
· Book travel arrangements
· Process employee reimbursements
· Receive employee grievances and act accordingly to resolve them
· Conduct research and prepare briefings for various special projects
· Become thoroughly familiar with various department personnel and procedures in order to advise and assist management appropriately
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Required Education: High School or equivalent, College degree is preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent interpersonal and telephonic skills
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Fluent in English excellent professional written and verbal communication
· Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is a plus
· Multilingual capability is a plus
