Our busy health and wellness center is looking for an energetic fitness sales assistant with great customer service skills. You should be enthusiastic about health and wholistic wellness and flourish in a setting that encourages you to achieve personal and team objectives. Our ideal applicant has a year of sales experience and can jump in and familiarize yourself with our health programs and preventative and recovery modalities. You'll need to prospect for customers with the help of our Team and take care of our Guests while they are in the center. Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks • Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio • Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service • Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins Qualifications: • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent • 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired • You must have previous customer service experience for this position • Stays organized and manages time well Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
