Your role as a Lifestyle Specialist will involve aiding our guests in understanding the range of services we offer, such as cryotherapy, iV therapy, red light therapy, and more. You'll be responsible for identifying services that best match the guests' objectives in terms of health and wellness. Additionally, it will be up to you to keep our records updated with information regarding the progress and particulars of each guest. As you build relationships with our guests, you will find yourself in somewhat of a coaching role. Responsibilities: • Assist guests and members with services that relieve pain, and accelerate fitness recovery. (Requires the ability to walk, squat, lean over, lift, and physically assist others). • Educate guests and members on services that can help them achieve specific health and wellness goals. • Assist the team in maintaining an amazing environment where guests and members love to be. • Love learning - from the basics of how our services work to how to manage a center, never stop learning. • Keep in touch with guests and members via social media and out-of-center special events. Qualifications: • An interest in sports, fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • A patient and encouraging approach. • An eagerness for learning and self-improvement. • An upbeat attitude and willingness to help others. Compensation: $13 - $16 hourly
