With access to medical records prior to the visit, we can improve the patient care experience and provide a thorough and complete consult. Our services address the range of patient care needs and eliminate the alternative time-consuming physician office visit or costly emergency room visit, which could lead to a readmission.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently seeking a PODIATRIST to join our team providing remote service throughout California. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for consulting with patients, applying therapeutic treatments and prescribing orthotics and medications. You will also be responsible for advising on foot care and general therapy techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Examining a patient’s leg, ankles, and feet to diagnose diseases, illnesses, or injuries.
• Prescribing orthotics and pain relief medication.
• Advising patients on proper foot care and therapeutic techniques.
• Addressing all patient concerns and answering their questions as accurately as possible.
• Examine patients and assess their medical condition.
• Qualified professional provides a comprehensive clinical review of each patient prior to the visit and is on-site and available during the session with the patient for additional records review.
• User friendly electronic health records with remote access.
• Record sharing and review by professionals in those facilities with manual record keeping.
• Flexible schedule – Monday through Friday, No Weekends, No Holidays.
• Reasonable patient caseload that allows you to focus on patient care and not numbers.
• Excellent support staff of healthcare providers (MD/NP/PA), nursing staff and security.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• At the time of application, YOU MUST HOLD A CURRENT AND UNRESTRICTED MD LICENSE IN THE STATE OF CA.
• Knowledge of related medicines and topical treatments.
• Familiarity with foot abnormalities and genetic anomalies. 
• MUST have a current DEA that is registerable to an address in CA.
• Must have a current NPI number in your name (not corporate).
• Must have no history of malpractice - We only contract with Board Certified with no hits on the National Database.
• Must speak fluent English.
