ICOSTORE IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST, LOCATED IN TEMPE, AZ

At iCoStore, we Make Branded Merchandise Simple for our customers. We are a fast-growing, upbeat company that runs over 130 customer online company stores selling customer apparel and promotional products to our customers.

This role is within our Customer Service Department.

This job is much more than answering the phone. You will handle basic customer service online and, on the phone, look up and research orders, assist customers through various chats, greet clients and vendors, and many other duties related to the daily business. You will take on responsibilities quickly, while also have a good understanding of the company and have fun while doing it. You must possess a positive and a can-do attitude, love a challenge, be professional, detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*Excellent professional written and verbal communication in English, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus

*Be a Self-Starter with the ability to work well in a team setting

*Ability to multi-task, with great attention to detail

*Quick learner, which includes phone system, our processes, and customers

*Experienced in MS Office, Teams, and Outlook

*Courteous, confident, professional, and patience with fellow co-workers, clients in person and on the phone or the chat

*Resourceful, practical, and able to find solutions while working with customers

*Dependable, punctual with reliable transportation
