As a SaaS Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our product through its lifecycle, expertly navigating the balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Your mission will be to ensure that the product not only meets but exceeds user expectations while delivering significant value to both users and the company. This dynamic role places you at the heart of our product strategy and development, making you a key driver of our product's success and impact.
The successful candidate will work remotely as a full-time employee.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features that align with the product strategy.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to continually refine the product strategy.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field is typically required.
Product Management Experience: At least 5 years in product management or a related field, managing SaaS products from inception to market release and beyond. Includes overseeing product strategy, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management. Experience in business analysis within IT or for an EdTech company is preferred.
Technical Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of web applications, including their development, product architectures, and implementation processes.
Agile/Scrum Proficiency: Hands-on application of Agile and Scrum frameworks, leading sprints, and coordinating with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely product iterations and adapt to organizational needs.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, including direct management of cross-disciplinary groups comprising engineers, designers, and marketing professionals, to achieve cohesive product outcomes.
User Research and Design: Competency in executing comprehensive market research, applying UX/UI design standards, and leveraging user feedback to guide product enhancements.
Communication Skills: Strong capabilities in presenting product plans, negotiating feature sets with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent communication across all levels of an organization. **

Data Analytics Experience: Proven experience in working with databases, a solid understanding of how data is related, and hands-on performing data analysis in Excel and other tools.
