The first month of employment will be spent in part in the warehouse working in different areas so that the candidate can answer customer questions appropriately. RESPONSIBILITIES : * Respond to client email requests * Coordinate requests with operations team * Maintain client relations * Assist with order management * Contribute to the overall team effort. SKILLS/ABILITIES - Part of the interview process will include an evaluation of these skills * Good Communication Skills (both written and verbal) * Multi-tasking, Prioritizing, Troubleshooting and Conflict Resolution * Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail * Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel) * General Office Skills * Some minor heavy lifting required * HubSpot knowledge a Plus!
