    iEducate embeds college and high school students alongside teachers to provide co-teaching instructional support to Title I elementary students, addressing the need for immediate high-impact tutoring while also cultivating a pipeline of homegrown future educators through direct classroom experience.

    Position Type

    Type: Part-time, $20/hour. Remote or Hybrid Work.

    We are looking for an energetic, adaptable self-starter to join our small but ambitious, driven team. You will be monitoring CRM attendance, communicating with CRMs, school staff and iEducate staff in all matters of attendance.

    Attendance monitoring shifts are:

    M, T, W, Th, F - 7am-8am

    What You'll Do

    • Monitor tutor attendance, ensuring tutors are meeting expectations & receiving support
      • Monitor tutor attendance in Deputy, identifying any tutors that are not clocked in or are late to their scheduled shift
      • Conduct outreach to tutors (through our communication platform Slack, e-mail and phone) who the system suggests are absent or late to provide direction and support
      • Communicate tutor attendance updates to schools (by e-mail and phone) impacted by tutor absence or tardiness
      • Track tutor attendance issues, documenting the underlying factors contributing to attendance issue.
    • Use data to work alongside the operations team to find solutions and ensure goals are met
    • Maintain a dashboard of key metrics that track program health & efficacy
    • Document & report program issues and progress to goals to your Senior Manager regularly to seek feedback and build collaborative solutions

    Education
