We're looking for a part-time (20 hrs/wk) Product Photographer to help us grow and improve our product catalog with visually descriptive product photographs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Photographing new products that are to be introduced to the iFixit catalog (ifixit.com, eustore.ifixit.com, and elsewhere).
• Photographing our parts and tools “in action”.
• Touching up raw product photos in photo editing software.
• Following existing design standards and collaborating with the E-commerce Team to develop better layouts and guidelines.
• Walking the delicate balance of artistry and speed.

WE'D BE EXCITED IF YOU HAD:

• Technical know-how and experience with photography and DSLRs (we use Nikon).
• Experience, skill, and efficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Extreme attention to detail and a critical eye.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A sense of humor and an affinity for getting things done.
