We're on the hunt for an E-COMMERCE ANALYST to provide business insights into our internal and external marketing efforts, marketplace and product expansion, and customer journey.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to manage and improve digital marketing campaigns.
• Reporting on traffic and sales trends for all iFixit storefronts and providing business insights to optimize campaigns.
• Analyzing and optimizing product sales performance and competitor products on 3rd party marketplaces.
• Measuring and improving the end-to-end customer experience across our channels and customer interactions.
• Measuring, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics on all of our marketing and email programs.

WE'D BE EXCITED IF YOU HAD:

• A strong understanding of e-commerce marketing tools and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram for Business, Digital Advertising, or Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Experience with R, Tableau, or other business analysis tools.
• Business intelligence experience.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• A quantitative sensibility and a nose for numbers.
• A sense of humor and an affinity for getting things done.
