We're looking for a part time HR RECRUITING ASSISTANT to help effectively coordinate administrative tasks related to recruiting and the interview process. We need someone who is obsessively organized, has an eye for detail, and is a good problem solver.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative recruiting support to the HR team.
• Assist with all phases of recruiting including locating top talent, conducting phone screens, scheduling in-person interviews, familiarizing oneself with all job descriptions and ensuring candidates progress through the hiring process in a timely manner.
• Creatively source candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media (LinkedIn), jobs boards, employee referrals, etc.
• Support local employment advertising and events.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and potential candidates.

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE…

• 1-2 years of administrative support, human resources and/or recruiting experience desired.
• Strong computer skills and comfort level working with a variety of softwares.
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems, such as Breezy.
• Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task while maintaining good quality of work.
• Excellent communications skills.
