We're looking for a full time JANITOR to help keep our office clean and in tip top shape!

We need someone who is obsessively organized and has an eye for detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally clean and maintain our office space using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with company standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
• Degrease and thoroughly clean commercial kitchen.
• Clean roof decks and courtyard.
• Move all reasonably portable furniture in all areas of the office to clean under and behind.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Remove spiderwebs throughout the building.
• Special projects as requested.

AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE…

• 1-2 years of janitorial/housekeeping experience.
• Experience cleaning large office spaces is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task while maintaining good quality of work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Flexible schedule.
