Summary & Objective:
Under the supervision of the Media Communications Manager, the Media Communications Associate is responsible for the organization, trafficking, and timely launch of large-scale paid social campaigns. This position is ideal for those with interest in project management, media buying, or data analysis.
Essential Functions:
Tracking, organizing, and communicating the status of paid social campaigns internally and assigning tasks as necessary.
Working with external partners to communicate the status of campaigns and assist with any questions.
Responsible for creative quality assurance for campaigns, pulling preview links, and sending to partners for approval before campaign launch.
Share metrics with contacts via tables and charts.
Coordinate tasks and ensure a smooth launch of specific partner campaigns.
Set up buy instructions for new campaigns.
The ability to work on a hybrid 3+2 office/work-from-home model (5 days at the office for the initial 90 days).
All other duties as assigned by iFrog Leadership.
Additional Responsibilities:
Follow campaign metrics to ensure KPIs are tracking as expected.
As needed, assist the Media Department with miscellaneous tasks.
