iFrog needs a Social Media Specialist who will be able take our partners social media to the next level! In this role, you will be assigned partners and conduct research, plan, build, and monitor social media campaigns.

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others through unique and engaging posts.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and make recommendations on the best ways to increase partner online traffic.
- Coordinate with creative graphic design & content teams to help illustrate social posts.
- Brainstorm, create, develop, and schedule Social Media posts.
- Report on effectiveness of campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on behalf of each client (Reputation Management).
- Monitor and interact with all community feedback.
- Attend internal meetings, as necessary.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to work from an iFrog office M-F.
- Monitor trends in social media.
- Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media.
- Stay current with iFrog required training and certifications, as assigned.
- Assist with researching of new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities.
- Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Work Equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and posting.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and with other teams.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Marketing, Communications, and Content Writing
- Working knowledge of automobile dealerships.
