iHomefinder, part of the FRONTSTEPS family, is a leading provider of real estate property search technology and websites. We are seeking a talented Java Software Engineer to join our team. As a Java Software Engineer, you'll work closely with our product team to build and enhance applications within the real estate market. Our software stack includes Java/Spring/Hibernate, Solr, SQL Server, React, React Native and WordPress. We are looking for engineers with 3+ years development experience.  You will work remotely while staying connected through our various employee engagement initiatives.

Core Qualifications:

• Experience with Java (3 years)
• Database experience writing SQL queries (2 years)
• REST APIs (2 years)
• Git or Subversion (1 year)

Nice to have experience:

• SQL Server
• Spring and Hibernate
• Frontend frameworks such as React
• Mobile App development (React Native)
• Understanding of Redux
• Solr
• WordPress
• Design Patterns
• OAuth and SSO
• Maven, Jenkins, Unit Tests and Integration Tests
