    iJility is seeking a high energy, self-starter with large headcount, light industrial recruiting experience. This is one of the MOST important roles in our organization. You will be the initial window into who iJility is, as an employer. Must have experience with on-line sourcing of candidates, social media management, and establishing recruiting resources within the local market(s).     JOB DUTIES

    • Assist in the design and implementation of local recruiting strategy
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Prepare recruitment materials build external alliances to support your recruiting requirements
    • Develop community involvement programs
    • Source and recruit candidates to build a database
    • Use company sponsored social media daily, post and interact with followers, etc.
    • Screen candidates resumes, job applications, and profiles
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills/experience, soft skills, and aptitude
    • Onboard new employees
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

    CRITICAL SKILLS

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Experienced in MS office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

    • Must be able to self-direct and work under pressure

    • Entrepreneurial spirit is extremely valuable in this role

    • Experience with previous start-up organization a plus

    • Flexibility with schedule - traditional hours: M-F 8a-530p

      • Overtime & weekend work required dependent on scheduled activities and customer needs
    • Documented success as a hands-on Recruiter with responsibility for sourcing large headcount needs in the L/I arena.

      • Staffing agency recruiter experience, a plus
    • Hands on experience with various screening processes (phone, video and in person interviewing, reference check, D/S CBC, etc)

    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

    • Strong effective decision-making skills

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    Seeking experienced and successful full cycle recruiting leader. Responsible for talent sourcing, attracting candidates, screening, interviewing, and making “Best Placement” decisions. A successful recruiter will learn and understand the individual site culture, volume forecasts, headcount needs, job function requirements and be able to meet the sourcing demands of facilities around the Atlanta Metro & surrounding areas. – ie: Gwinnett, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, Forsyth, Barrow, Etc.

    Ability and experience to be client facing and collaborate with iJility department managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs is critical. Experience with ATS and recruiting for production-based positions a huge plus! Must have successful history of attracting L/I candidates in a difficult recruiting market. Proven track record in developing creative recruiting solutions and building external alliances with resources to support your recruiting efforts. Sponsor and participate in, with other teammates, ideas and programs that engage the communities in which we serve. Understanding the markets we source from will be a critical element to the success of this position. Will need to be comfortable in promoting a new organization and growing brand awareness. Continue to develop candidate and employee data base. Must have at least 2 years of experience developing and using various creative recruiting methods such as, web-based -social media, employee referrals programs, flyer distribution, outside resources. The ideal new team member for iJility will have experience in screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring & placing new employees. Ultimately, the responsibilities and documented success of a Sourcing Manager are to ensure our company attracts, screens, hires and retains the headcount required, with the most qualified workforce.. Self-motivated and comfortable in a highly competitive field. Able to develop and maintain sourcing networks within the community to create a steady flow of applicants in the pipeline.
