    Job Description

    ILINK BUSINESS MANAGEMENT is hiring daily! We are looking for a Clerical/Receptionist to join our team!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer phones and greet clients
    • Prepare emails and create memos
    • Maintain professionalism at all times
    • Assist in the office as needed by management
    • Strong work ethic.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in a office environment
    • Familiar with computer software
    • Must be bilingual (Spanish)
    • Ability to email/speak professional at all times
    • Flexible with OT

    Entry Level Position: $15-$16

    Schedule is Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) or (9am-6pm)
