    WE ARE A STAFFING AND RECRUITING FIRM. OUR BUSINESS IS GROWING RAPIDLY, THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE FOR AN EMPLOYMENT FIRM IS A CRITICAL POSITION AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING NEW BUSINESS. THIS IS DONE BY IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND CONTACTING KEY DECISION MAKERS, THROUGH SALES CALLS BY PHONE AND IN-PERSON.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY OF STAFFING, AS WELL AS SKILLS. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS, NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS AND CLOSING DEALS. WE WILL RELY ON YOU TO PARTNER WITH OUR SALES DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT AND DEVELOP A STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    BUILDS MARKET POSITION BY LOCATING, DEVELOPING, DEFINING, NEGOTIATING, AND CLOSING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS!

    LOCATIONS: SAN BERNARDINO/RIVERSIDE COUNTY

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    • CONTACT POTENTIAL CLIENTS THROUGH COLD CALLS AND EMAILS.

    • LOCATES OR PROPOSES POTENTIAL BUSINESS DEALS BY CONTACTING POTENTIAL PARTNERS; DISCOVERING AND EXPLORING OPPORTUNITIES.

    • DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS, WHILE MAINTAINING EXISTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

    • SCREENS POTENTIAL BUSINESS DEALS BY ANALYZING THE NEEDS OF PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS, EVALUATING OPTIONS; RESOLVING INTERNAL PRIORITIES; RECOMMENDING INVESTMENT.

    • PROVIDE TRUSTWORTHY FEEDBACK AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT.

    • CLOSES NEW BUSINESS DEALS BY COORDINATING REQUIREMENTS; DEVELOPING AND NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS; INTEGRATING CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS WITH BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

    • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE STAFFING INDUSTRY, WITH THE ABILITY TO BECOME A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT ON THE JOB

    • PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

    JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

    SALARY: $60,000.00 TO $75,000.00 /YEAR
