JOB DESCRIPTION

Our manufacturing client in the Greater Grand Rapids, MI area is seeking a sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist for direct hire.

THIS POSITION WITH INVOLVE:

• Managing job postings on job posting platforms (Indeed, etc.) 
• Managing incoming resume flow and pre-screen as needed
• Search job posting platforms for qualified candidates and reach out to them to invite interviews
• Track all applicants and candidates to enable follow-up messaging where applicable
• Schedule internal interviews
• Make job offers, and schedule pre-employment drug screens
• Provide information to company leadership on recruitment status and process effectiveness

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 – 5 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with job posting platforms
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Skilled at searching for and screening candidate resumes
• Experience with outbound email and text messaging campaigns
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Promotes improvement both within themselves and within the company
• Self-motivated
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Products
