Our client, a family owned Midwestern grocery/retailer that strives to better the lives of people in all communities is in need of a Call Center Representative.
Focused on executing the leave transactions, documenting information correctly and communicating appropriately with claimants. We really need detail-oriented, quick learners with strong people skills.
Multiple computer programs and eCommerce interfaces will be used to perform the functions of this job, so computer experience and fast learning is a must.
