Travel ER Nurse

Reports to: Nurse Director/ Charge Nurse
Duties:
Assesses patients on admission within specified time frames to include consideration of physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and bull.
Reassess each patient’s health needs whenever warranted by the patient’s condition and at least every shift utilizing the nursing processes after obtaining a systematic database.
Establishes a plan of care based on indefinite data from all appropriate.
Reviews and updates the plan of care for each assigned patient utilizing data obtained from reassessments.
Administers oral, topical the parental medications utilizing the 7 rights practice of nursing.
Assesses and documents effectiveness/untoward effects of medications and treatments.
Qualifications: BSN, RN license, CA RN license, 2 YRS Recent ER experience in acute care facility, 1 YR TRAVEL.
Certificates: ACLS;BLS,PALS,
TNCC or ATCN Accepted
NIHSS
Medical Physical within a year
TB test, Questionnaire
Titers
Immunization card
Background and Drug screen (must pass)

Shift: 4 12hr/ shifts OT after 8 hours and 40 hours weekly
