We are looking for two key sales positions in the United States. Few will qualify so please read the requirements carefully. First-year, on-target total compensation is $110,000+ but you must have the following sales capabilities: You are a hunter that uses a consultative sales approach, has good listening and questioning skills, excellent relationship-building skills, is well organized, sells value, and uses a CRM. You excel at cold-calling, reaching decision-makers, building trust quickly, and setting meetings. You must prospect, and proactively build a pipeline of qualified new opportunities and are expected to make 100 cold calls per day. You are resourceful, flexible, accountable, well organized, and pay rigorous attention to the details. You exercise good Judgment and Time Management skills, are collaborative, and feel confident setting meetings with a “one-call close.” You must have prior success calling on CEOs and Directors in a highly competitive market while overcoming resistance. Experience calling on Directors of CRE is a bonus. Both Sales Positions are 100% remote. Responsibilities: Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Drive business growth by generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through targeted outbound calling (100+ calls per day) to C-suite level executives • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our account executives • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial real estate market • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to track and report on lead-generation activities • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs • Exceptional phone and email communication skills • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus but not mandatory • Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools • Ability to nurture and maintain relationships with C-suite executives • Solid time management, organizational, and analytical skills • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Comfortable working remotely and independently • U.S. Based Applicants Only Compensation: $115,000+ OTE
