THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDES QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OUR CLIENTS AUTOMOTIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS - CONNECTING CONSUMERS WITH THE DEALERSHIP. THIS POSITION WORKS ONSITE IN A CALL CENTER.

- Interacts with customers via telephone, email and online chat regarding our clients marketing campaigns.
- Ensures calls are efficiently and accurately handled, while following customized scripting, in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
- Accurately utilizing scripting for ad campaigns and maintaining the CRM database,recording customers interactions.
- Maintaining a excellent customer service that encourages repeat business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, goal oriented and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances and overcome objections.
- Excellent time management skills, results driven and a team player.
- English required (Bilingual-Spanish is a plus).
- This is a performance based position in a busy call center environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, THAT WORKS A MINIMUM OF 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK ANYTIME MONDAY-FRIDAY 11:00AM-8:00PM AND SATURDAY 9:30AM-6:00PM?
Monday - Friday, and Rotating Saturdays
