iQor is hiring Collections Representatives who will provide excellent service to our customers over the phone. Qualified applicants will have a stable work history in customer service or collections.

PAY RATE $15 PLUS LUCRATIVE MONTHLY BONUS!

INCENTIVE PAY FROM 30 DAYS TO A YEAR!

• $50 GIFT CARD AT 30 DAYS
• $150 GIFT CARD AT 6 MONTHS
• $250 GIFT CARD AT 9 MONTHS
• $500 GIFT CARD AT 1 YEAR

PREFERRED SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30AM-5:15PM

WORK AT HOME/HYBRID  AFTER 1 WEEK OF TRAINING ONSITE. EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Place outbound calls and collect on past due balances.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in collections is preferred.
• Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
• Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.
• You have the flexibility to work any shift, including nights and especially weekends
