Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset. We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. We offer PAID TRAINING to experienced or entry level candidates who are willing to learn on the job, have excellent communication skills, and are highly reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrated ability for call handling; issue identification; up-selling/cross-selling products; using of job tools and call resolution
- Accurately document customer account in client systems
- Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
- Customer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be willing to travel to one of our locations for ONE DAY of ONSITE ONBOARDING:
- Charlotte, NC
- Dallas, TX
- Houston, TX
- Meridian, MS
- North Charleston, SC
- Tucson, AZ
- Minimum 6 months of stable customer service experience (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail)
- HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule (shifts vary by client and require at least one weekend day)
- Computer literacy and typing skills of at least 25 WPM
- Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and procedures
- Criminal record check and drug test required
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS
- Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours.
- Landline Phone: Not required
- Internet: Wireless not permitted.
- Internet Speeds: Minimum 10MBPS download/ 5 MBPS upload
- Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required
- Computer Specs:
- Laptop or Desktop (Apple [Mac] or Chromebook is not permitted)
- OS: Windows 10
- CPU: Minimum Dual-core 1.5 GHz or Intel I class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
- RAM: 4 GB +
- Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
- Ports on PC: Minimum of 1 USB and Ethernet Port
* Pay includes $2.00 in hourly rate for attendance bonus after working 70+ hours per pay period to begin after successful completion of training.
