    Overview : iRocket Digital, a leading AI-powered advertising platform, seeks a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the skills to harness our platform's vast capabilities to drive customer success.

    Compensation :

    • A competitive commission structure with no cap.
    • Earn a 7% commission on the advertising spend of customers you bring in. For example, if your client spends $1M per month, you'll earn $70,000 per month for the lifetime of the customer. This could be just one small agency (we have the ability for agencies to manage their own clients on our platform).

    It's a very low risk, low barrier of entry for a potential new client to setup a campaign and test it out with some budget. They will quickly learn they are getting far better results or at the very least are getting the same results, in which case we can offer them some cash-back on the monthly spend.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new customers to iRocket Digital.
    • Understand and articulate the value proposition of an AI-powered advertising platform to potential clients.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and advertising agencies.
    • Stay informed of digital advertising trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Lead demonstrations of the iRocket Digital platform, showcasing its features and benefits.
    • Our team can help with sales calls and the closing of deals as needed (which may affect the commission rate).
    • Provide feedback to our product and marketing teams to help shape future developments and sales collateral.

    You will be provided with lots of tools to help you get started. We cover the cost of LinkedIn automation software and sales Enablement software and provide you with all of the prospect data you could need. You should expect to power through your existing network and relationships and then move on to cold social selling, email, and cold calling.     Qualifications :

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, media buying, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.
    • Experience in CRM and sales funnel management.
    • A network of potential clients in the advertising industry is a plus.
