Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of iRocket AI Location: Remote USA Role Type: Equity-based Leadership Position

Role Responsibilities:

1. Technical Vision: Define and lead the technological direction for iRocket AI, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Collaborate with our co-founder and CTO of the parent company, Just Badge Worldwide, on the technical direction of iRocket AI.
2. Product Development: Oversee the development, deployment, and enhancement of AI-driven products and solutions.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
4. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI and tech trends, ensuring iRocket AI remains at the cutting edge.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, ensuring technological solutions align with business needs.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technological risks, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
7. Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Oversee the technological budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related technical field.
• Proven senior or executive leadership experience in a tech-driven company, preferably in the AI domain. The ideal candidate has senior leadership and management experience for 10+ years and has scaled engineering teams from 10 to 50.
• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience. The ideal candidate still has hands-on programming experience and can actively participate in building products while growing an engineering team.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, applications, and market trends.
• Strong experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Anthropic, HuggingFace and other AI, and machine learning technologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive innovation.
