    Hiring on behalf of a client for the Full time / Remote Role -

    Title - VP Head of Consulting & Advisory Practice - FRAC (Finance, Risk, Audit & Compliance) Consulting Practice

    Location: Anywhere in the US w/ 30% - 50% travel (mostly domestic)

    Role purview: While this is a global role, majority of the current clientele / focus in on US based clients and prospects

    Must Have Experience: Big 10 Audit & Assurance companies, or large consulting firms with a strong Audit Advisory practice

    Job Description:

    As a FRAC Consulting head, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction of our FRAC practice. Our FRAC practice has a strong focus on IT Audit & Assurance, and a candidate with a strong IT Audit background will be an ideal fit for this role. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services, and contributing to the firm's growth and profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our consulting practice and make a significant impact on our clients and the firm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for the FRAC practice, setting clear objectives, and defining the strategic direction to achieve growth and excellence.

    Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead client proposals, negotiations, and contract renewals.

    Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT audit principles, information security, and technology risk management. Stay updated on industry standards and emerging IT trends.

    Quality Assurance: Oversee audit engagements to ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and the firm's quality control processes.

    Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.

    Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cross-selling other services offered by the firm, and expanding the client portfolio.

    Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the consulting practice, including budgeting, revenue growth, and profitability.

    Risk Management: Mitigate audit-related risks and implement effective internal controls within the practice.

    Qualifications:

    A master’s / bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information systems, computer science, business, accounting, or a related discipline is typically required

    While not mandatory, having a CPA will be highly beneficial

    Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent IT audit-related certification is strongly preferred

    Extensive experience in IT audit and advisory services, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role

    Proven track record of successfully leading and managing audit engagements.

    Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    Strategic thinking and the ability to drive innovative solutions.

    Experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting or audit firm is highly desirable.
