Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter at iSocialBusiness, you will play a pivotal role in our lead generation process. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to businesses, engaging with potential clients, and setting appointments for our dynamic sales team. We're in search of a motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude and the resilience to navigate challenging conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
• Engage with potential clients, introduce them to iSocialBusiness, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within the businesses.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring that appointments align with the client's needs and interests.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client information.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive and determined attitude to overcome objections and rejections.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You'll be required to work Monday through Friday, dedicating 2-3 hours per day to appointment setting.

Compensation:

• $10 per hour
• Commission for each booked appointment
