Job Description

We are seeking new Dealers to enroll customers into Community Solar farms which guarantees the customer between 10% to 25% off their electric bill (based on the sate program available). You will directly manage your current team of outside sales reps by canvasing via Door To Door and/or Retail/Event Staffing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a team of 15+ producing sales agents. If you are currently selling deregulated energy, alarms, rooftop solar, etc. this is the PERFECT campaign for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the hiring and development of your sales team
• Building your company culture
• Maintain the integrity of the Client brands you will represent
• Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales quotas for your team

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must already have your own company setup and registered with your state
• Must have at least (5) sales agents working with your company currently on any campaign
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive the business from the field level
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive partners
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
